• Bill Pay through QuickBooks Online: As part of this package we can take over paying your monthly bills regarding your business through QuickBooks Bill Pay system.

• Monthly Bank Reconciliation (for up to two bank accounts): We will monitor the transactions of two bank accounts that you use for your business. Any expenses incurred or purchases made for the sake of the business will categorized, and then reconciled so that they match the records in the books. 

• Monthly Credit Card Reconciliation (for up to two credit cards): We will monitor the transactions of two credit cards and properly categorize them for the sake of accuracy.

• Monthly Financial Reports consisting of: In this package we provide the following monthly financial reports so you understand how you business is doing so far. 

  • Profit and Loss (Income Statement)

  • Balance Sheet

  • Cash Flow Statement

  • Invoices

  • Sales Tax Liability

• Sales Tax: We keep track of the sales tax that you collect as well as the dates when they need to be remitted so that we can get them sent to the appropriate state agency.

• Secure Virtual Document Storage: Using SmartVault we provide a secure storage center for you to upload or receive important documentation, all without the need to travel and accessible from your desktop or laptop.

This package is more suitable for small business owners who have formed an LLC or have the business itself treated as a separate entity in regards to taxes. This includes having a checking account, savings account, or credit card meant to be used for the business only.
